| The last weekend of trips in Belgium. First day we travelled to Namur and Boullion where we saw a castle of Godfroi de Boullion, the organizer of the first Crusade and the first King of Jerusalem. Later on we spent some time at the river. Although it was raining the guys didn't miss the opportunity to smoke in the river. The last stop that day was Orval, the famous abbey where the Trappiste monks make the delicious beer.
On the 2nd day we wanted to climb the highest mountain in Belgium but it was a misunderstanding as the "mountain" is barely 700m high and you can drive through its peak. Instead of admiring the view from the mountain we spent a nice afternoon in German-speaking part of Belgium, namely Malmedy and Spa. |
